All orders are shipped from India. If there’s any customs or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country, these charges shall be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

Standard delivery 5-6 business days. For international orders, from India usually take 4-8 business days as it ships from India. Delivery time may take longer during public holiday and weekends.
We regret that our courier partner company does not deliver orders to postal box addresses.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email, which will contain your order number. This information will also be available on your villokse.com account if you have registered with us. Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email confirming your order.
You will find a tracking code in the Shipment Confirmation email, click on the tracking code to check the status of your shipment. Kindly note that tracking data may take up to 24 hours to be updated.

f you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased (change of mind), you may return it within 2 days of delivery (local and international orders) for a Product Replacement (exchange) or Online Credits (90 days validity) that can be utilized in your next purchase. Sale merchandise / Deals merchandise are not entitled for return and exchange.
We ask that the returned product be in unused and new condition with the original packaging intact and accessories. Kindly contact our e-Customer Care Personnel at villokseglobal@gmail.com to indicate your return & exchange intention.
Please re-pack the unused product(s) you wish to return in its original packaging, original receipt and free gift inside the package (if any).

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage/ faulty/incorrect items occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us via email at villokseglobal@gmail.com within two (2) days from the date of order delivered together with supporting evidence and order number so that we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We ask that the returned product be unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging intact and accessories. Our e-Customer Care Personnel will make the necessary arrangements to rectify the unfortunate error.
Once the returned items have been received and verified, we will notify you via email. Refund process may take up to fourteen (14) working days when faulty or incorrect item received. Meanwhile, for Online Credit will refund into your villokse.com account within 3 -5 working days if applicable.
