Shipping policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown before you complete your order and may be affected by local conditions, holidays, or courier delays. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method. Where available, express shipping offers faster delivery with tracking. Delivery timelines and pricing will be clearly displayed before payment. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery and are unable to offer manual carrier selection at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through the Order Status page using your order number. If tracking information hasn’t updated or your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order details and we’ll assist further.

We ship internationally to many countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are determined by your country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price. In some cases, estimated duties may be shown at checkout, but final charges are assessed by customs upon delivery.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and correct address details. Delivery to PO boxes or remote locations may be limited depending on the courier and destination. Shipping addresses must be entered using Latin characters to ensure successful delivery.
In most cases, orders are shipped together. However, if items are dispatched from different locations or availability varies, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
